Healthy Haven Massage Therapy & Wellness Inc. was previously Meredith Copp Massage Therapy & Wellness. Welcome to our page!

We are located at 36243 Cabot Trail in Ingonish, NS. We are in the lower level, so please park in the back parking lot and use the back door. The door is locked and we will welcome you in at your appointment time.

We have two registered massage therapists (RMTs), Meredith Copp and Jenna Organ. In addition to massage therapy treatment, Meredith offers CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Auricular Acupuncture services.

Direct billing is available with Medavie Blue Cross Insurance for massage and CST treatment. With other insurance coverage, you will pay for your treatment upfront and will receive a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Unlike other clinics, for a 60 minute massage appointment with us, we book up to 90 minutes to allow time for your intake, an hour on the table, home care recommendations, payment and room change over.
